On the basis of maintaining the original self-lubricating properties of graphite, impregnated graphite may further enhance its lubrication performance by impregnating materials such as resin. This self-lubricating property can reduce friction and wear, improve the durability of the packing ring, and thus extend the service life of the compressor.
2. High temperature resistance: Graphite has a very high melting point and can maintain stability in high temperature environments without losing its properties due to temperature rise. Resin impregnated graphite also has excellent high temperature resistance, which enables it to maintain stable sealing performance under high temperature conditions, making it suitable for compressors that need to work in high-temperature environments.
3. Chemical stability: Graphite exhibits good stability against most chemical reagents and is not prone to chemical reactions. Resin impregnated graphite also exhibits excellent chemical stability, able to resist the erosion of various chemical substances and ensure the stability of the packing ring in complex environments.
